Privacy

• Your equipment's IP address as well as scan times are recorded during all scans.
• You agree to allow ServerScanner.com and any of its computers/software to record your IP address, times and result of scans. This information will only be used during abuse or legal investigations. Although ServerScanner.com will not disclose your personal information to anyone, there are circumstances where it will, such as when it is required by local and/or international legal authorities or to protect itself or others.
• ServerScanner.com will not use your email address and personal information for external use.

Abuse

• You agree to use this service to only scan equipment that you are authorized to scan. Failure to do is considered abuse and will be reported to the proper legal authorities.

• You agree to only use this service to which it was intended for, which is to scan equipment to which you have complete scanning authority.

• Any use of non-authorized automated scans will be considered abuse and will reported to the legal authorities.

Scan Schedules

• One month is equal to 30 days.
• Timeout values are approximate.
• Scan times and schedules are approximate.
• Exact scan times are not guaranteed nor should they be relied on.

Guarantee

• ServerScanner.com and/or any of its affiliates do not guarantee its results. Although great effort is made to gather accurate information, you should never entirely rely on ServerScanner.com. ServerScanner.com performs service and socket scans to test the availability of the ports being scanned, this does not necessarily mean that the service is actually running or responding properly. Other factors may affect the way your services perform.
