Uptime Percentages

Uptime percentage values provide an accurate statistic of your web site/service availability. A high uptime percentage (> 99%) projects trust and reliability of your company, service and technology. People need to see trust when they visit a website or subscribe to a service and a high uptime percentage provides this trust. It also provides you with a piece of mind. Uptime values are automatically generated by the system every beginning of the month for the previous month, encrypted and stored in a secure database. Only a certificate ID can decrypt these uptime values.

Certificate IDs

A certificate ID is also generated and stored in the same database. This certificate ID is generated based on the uptime and service information, it cannot be falsified or challenged.

Paper Certificates

Upon request, a paper certificate can be issued and sent to you via post mail. You can include this certificate in your portfolio on hang it on a wall. Click here to view a sample certificate.

Digital Certificates

Your clients can check your uptime percentages for a specific month by inputting a certificate ID. The digital certificate displays website, service and uptime value.

Uptime Logos

You can include a ServerScanner logo on your website that displays a generated uptime percentage. This will give your website or service more credibility and trust, your customers will feel confident knowing that your server, operating system and network are stable and reliable.
